Senior Manager of Workplace Services
The Senior Manager of Workplace Services plays a critical role within the Finance and Administration team, overseeing facilities operations, construction projects, corporate services, and critical infrastructure across a global portfolio.
Success in this role requires expertise in facilities management, HVAC systems, critical infrastructure, project oversight, and vendor relationship management.
There is an extra emphasis in electrical engineering knowledge as this is an international investment company with a global trading floor where it is vital that it is always running properly.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee outsourced facilities management, ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical systems worldwide
- Manage the operational and financial performance of office spaces, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems
- Develop, maintain, and refine policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards
- Lead capital projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations across all projects
- Provide executive updates on budgets, capital plans, and emergency response activities
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to uphold high service standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related discipline (MBA preferred)
- Over 12 years of experience in facilities management, mechanical or electrical engineering, or related fields, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in HVAC systems, electrical services, generators, and life safety infrastructure
- Strong expertise in electrical engineering is essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facilities-specific software tools
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy efficiency initiatives is advantageous
